Ponderosa Consulting Group is led by Keith D Schwickerath.  Keith has approximately 5 years of experience in litigation consulting, providing support for expert testimony and consulting services.  Keith has experience on matters in connection with breach of contract, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent conveyance, bankruptcy, and fraud.  Keith has analyzed a variety of companies and industries, including mining, high-tech, financial institutions, information technology, casinos, medical technology, and real estate.  He has analyzed accounting, economic, and financial issues related to valuation, lost profits, deepening insolvency, stock options, complex partnerships, accounting investigations, as well as forensic record reconstruction. Keith has assisted in litigation matters requiring testimony in U.S. State and Federal courts, in addition to arbitrations and mediations.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Upper Iowa University with a major in Finance. 

Previously, Keith was a Financial Consultant to Alta Vista Analysis Group, a litigation consulting firm in Phoenix, AZ. While serving Alta Vista, Keith also served as a Financial Consultant to BCC Advisers, an advisory firm providing M&A Consulting, Business Valuation, Litigation Support, and ESOP services, in Des Moines, IA. Prior to consulting, Keith was a Portfolio Manager at Community State Bank in Ankeny, IA.
